MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE

The Right to Present the truth in a child's custody case can only empower the parent(s).

We need a showing of the People coming together to stand for their CONSITUTIONAL Rights!

The National Association of Social Workers (NASW) declares the primary mission of a social worker to be:

"...to enhance human well-being and help meet the basic human needs of all people, with paticular attention to the needs and empowermnert of people who are vulnerable, oppressed, and living in poverty"

The Social Worker's Code of Ethics includes:

• Service
• Social Justice
• Dignity and Worth of the person
• Importance of Human Relationships
• Integrity
• Competence

Any parent asked, will declare that the tatics of CPS is to use LIES, MANIPULATION OF FACTS, in their court reports to get the court to order their recommendations. The heart of the dificulties, therefore is how to STOP the social worker's lies.

The WHOLE TRUTH needs to be submitted to the Courts to insure the proper dispostion of matters that will directly impact the children's physical, emotional, and mental stability and safety, which are at stake.

"HOW DO I GET THE COURT TO LISTEN?"
